CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
CS - OPERATIONS

The customer service representative’s main task is to handle inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as respond to emails related to sports and online games, and may also be required to perform other work-related and special projects, depending on the needs of the business.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree, Others or equivalent.
Must be able to work Shifting schedule, including weekend and holiday work schedules.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
Previous sales experience is an advantage

• Ability to multi task and work independently with little supervision
• Negotiation / sales skills and/or aspirations

Technical Skills/Abilities: 
• Keen attention to details when completing any task
• Strong analytical approach to problem solving
• Sound ability to with account profiling abilities
• Proficient with MS-Office products: Mail, Word & Excel.

Customer Care Abilities/Experience:
• Committed to providing a high level of customer service
• Excellent critical thinking and English conversational skills, both verbal and written
• English speaking with an American accent and intonation is a plus

SALES AGENT
CS - OPERATIONS

the Sales Agent will be responsible for proactively selling client’s customers with a range of products and promotions and in helping them process sales on the phone or on their website.

This will be done via inbound calls, outbound calls, inbound live chat and outbound live chat.

Responsibilities

Take inbound and outbound calls from customers that have joined our client’s website, but not yet made a purchase to close the sale
Ensuring each customer that contacts the center receives excellent customer service via Voice, Chat or Email
Proactively works through sales lists
Being prepared via memos from supervisors to answer any customer questions about current marketing promotions
Communicate business rules and policies clearly and effectively to customers
Provide our clients with payment options and how to process each one
Any other task as requested by management
